In the past few years many have experienced the soul crushing effects of COVID either through isolation or loss or upheaval. Our souls are also crushed by sin and living in a broken and hurtful world. What can a believer do? Where do we take our pain and find renewed hope and spiritual vitality? Together we will explore these themes and how they find expression in the Psalms and how they can be a vehicle to spiritual healing and renewal. Psalm 19:7 says, “The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul.”
