Donation and Camp or Youth Event collection

"Each amount received as an EBC program fee will be used towards the costs of that program.  When donations are received and designated to an EBC program, those amounts will be used for that program until the program need has been met.  When a need has been met, or where programs/projects cannot be reasonably carried out, the donor agrees that designated gifts may be used where needed most in EBC."
