Church Registration Registering for service

Registering For Service

What an exciting time it is around here at EBC!  We have been busy implementing Covid-19 guidelines, policies and procedures from the Ministry of Health, the Government of Canada, and the Huron/Perth Health Unit to our operations at EBC.  Our staff and volunteers have been trained in Covid-19 precautionary measures and safety protocols to help you remain safe while in our building. We are excited to now have the opportunity to meet as a body in person for worship!

Our services will be available:

Saturdays @ 6:30pm  -  Sundays @ 10:00am  -  Online @ 8:30am Sundays

* We will be opening up registration for Sunday mornings only, until it is full.  At that time, a Saturday service registration will open if warranted.

  • EBC is following the Government of Ontario's Order of Reg. 52/20 and the Huron Perth Public Health Unit requirements for hosting Worship Services.  Feel free to click the links below for their recommendations.

  • Infant Nursery will be open to parents with their child/ren and with limited capacity.

  • Washrooms are available but with limited capacity.

  • While we understand it will be difficult for children to stay seated, it is important that parents keep children with them at all times.  Please make careful note of the areas roped off and remind your children they are to remain seated for the service.

Please consider pre-registering through our online registration system.

Please click on the highlighted REGISTRATION to go directly to our form.

If a family does NOT have internet, please call the office to register.  519-235-2661

Why not come a little early to church this season.  With screening and social distancing measures in place, it does take a couple minutes longer than usual to be seated.  We encourage families to arrive a few minutes earlier than their usual time to help avoid congestion.

Please follow the signs and line up at one of our attendants.  They will be happy to show you where to go and answer any questions.  There are stations for masks, and hand sanitization to help you stay safe.

We really do appreciate your patience in reading through our NOTES and REGISTRATION process.  We recognize some of the above may be intimidating.  However, it is our belief that if we work together in this effort, church will once again be a time of worship, teaching, fellowship, and peace.  We look forward to seeing you all this weekend!
