Teen Day Camp

Teen Day Camp 2017 will be July 24-27
w/ Guest Speaker: Tim Teakle

Teen Day Camp is a high-energy, fun, and relation summer camp experience for Jr. High Students.

At camp, you'll make new friends and hang out with awesome camp leaders.
You'll play crazy games, go on afternoon adventures, win prizes (hopefully),
and cap the week off with a trip to Canada's Wonderland.

But most importantly...

You'll meet Jesus! The most amazing person in the world.
And you'll learn about him from God's Word, the Bible.
Our prayer is that each student who attends TDC will come to know God
and His amazing love, which will result in a life forever changed.

Camp Runs: July 24-27
Monday - Wednesday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (drop off around 8:45 am)

If you receive an email that your child is IN CAMP, you will then need to come into the church office to pay.
All payments will be accepted at the church on Tuesday April 11th, 8:30am - 4:40 pm, and 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
These are the only times payments will be received, so please make the appropriate arrangements.
Once your payment has been received, your child's spot is secure.

Please make cheques payable to "Emmanuel Baptist Church."
Payment can be accepted in two installments - half of total cost on payment day and the remainder on a
post-dated cheque dated for May 20, 2017.  There is a $25 admin fee for NSF cheques.  Full refund minus $20 admin
fee will be given before June 1.  No refunds after June 1.  Receipts will be emailed to the camper address at year end.

FIRST DAY: Arrive early on the first day (8:30 am) as registration always takes a little bit longer on Monday.

FOOD: Same as school, campers will provide their own lunch and snacks each day. Please make sure all
food is peanut-free. Bring a reusable water bottle with you as we have a water fountain on site.

CLOTHES: Campers should bring a bathing suit, towel, indoor/outdoor footwear,
and backpack with them each day to accommodate the various activities.

CANADA'S WONDERLAND: All campers will be chaperoned by and adult or high school leader.
Please go over the following rules with your child before the trip;
- All students are personally (with their group) required to check in with us between 4-5 pm and
at 7:00 pm to load the bus for departure at 7:30 pm sharp.
- All students must remain in their groups, with their chaperone at all times. For example,
if one student needs to use the bathroom, everyone in that group must go. Same applies for rides.
- We will make up groups during the week and try our best to put friends together and those with similar
ride interests. We cannot guarantee that each camper will get to do every single ride/attraction they desire.

Parents: If you have questions about youth group or TDC, please feel free to contact pastor Aaron Johnson
